Our Process
Our process takes the hassle out of getting a project from an idea into reality. Our aim is to make the building process as smooth as possible. To do this we have three very simple steps to follow.
Stage One Concept:
With this step, you as a client will approach us with your vision and dream for your home. If you haven’t already approached a designer, we can recommend the right designer for your new home. Our Designers all have a sustainability and energy efficient foresight on all their projects, as they all have won multiple awards in these areas. With your budget in mind we will work closely with the designer to implement the best options to maximise the use of your budget. Once this stage is finalised and you are ready to move onto the next stage, we will implement stage two which is the evolution stage.
Stage Two Evolution:
This stage is when your project will start to evolve into your dream becoming a reality. At this stage we take all the information that we collaborated from the concept stage and start to implement it into working documentation. At this stage it is about making the finer details of the project. From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, cladding and all the fit off side of the project. We will work with you and designer to make sure that your project is staying in your budget. Also we will work with the designer to make sure the construction plans are all workable and that there will be no hidden surprises when we are building. Once all parties are happy with the agreed outcome we can than move it forward by sending it to a Registered building surveyor for their approval. With this comes stage three construction.
Stage Three Construction:
This stage is the exciting stage, when you can see your project come to life. At this stage we will set out a construction schedule which you can see and interact with your project. We will keep you informed of the progress of your project and also give you chances to come and view your project with our team showing you the detail of our construction methods, so you have the piece of mind your home is getting built to the highest standard. Once we have handed over the house for you to live in, we will stay in contact with you into the future to make sure you are getting the fullest experience out of it.
